We are currently experiencing exceptionally high demand for our E Bike Conversion Kits

To help set expectations, please refer to the estimated lead times below. While we strive to process and dispatch all orders as quickly as possible, these timeframes serve as a guide for when you can expect your order to arrive.

  • Order Processing: All orders are placed with our manufacturing partners within 48 hours of being received.
  • Shipping Delays: Due to increased order volumes, our supply partners are experiencing longer processing times. While Torque E Bikes has no control over these delays, we work closely with suppliers to expedite shipments wherever possible.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Batteries: Up to 21 business days
  • Motors:
    • Standard Sea Freight: Up to 45 business days
    • Air Shipping Upgrade: Up to 21 days (Recommended for faster delivery)
  • Accessories: Dispatched from Melbourne – Allow up to 10 days
